Delphine Dion is a full professor at ESSEC, teaching luxury retail and branding. Her current research projects explore luxury brand management and luxury retail, analyzing the management of heritage brands. She also researches the cultural foundations of service and brand equity. Her research has been published in books and leading academic journals, including the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Consumption Markets & Culture. She has received several awards for her PhD, her books and research articles, including the 2018 ESSEC Foundation Research Award. She serves on the Editorial Review Board of five academic journals. Prior to joining ESSEC, she was associate professor of marketing at the Sorbonne.
