Olivier Fourcadet
Olivier Fourcadet is co-director of the ESSEC Food Challenges Chair and teaches strategic management, competitive strategy and sustainable development. His research focuses on the interactions between stakeholders and the major challenges for the future of agriculture and the food chain. These challenges include climate change, demographics, ecosystems, technical innovation, nutrition, genetics, consumer behavior, and building trust. He is also a guest lecturer and expert for BpiFrance and FranceAgriMer, etc. Olivier holds a veterinary doctorate from ENV d'Alfort and a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
