Laurent Bourgeon teaches Strategic Management in the BBA, MSc and Executive Education programs. As the Academic Director of various Executive Education programs (open-enrolled and customized programs), he designs, develops and manages the programs on behalf of ESSEC Executive Education. His research activity deals with Organizational Learning in the context of Project-based Organization. Laurent is the author of several papers on the collective learning issues.
