Hugues Bouthinon-Dumas
Hugues Bouthinon-Dumas is a law professor at ESSEC where he teaches in the Grande Ecole program, in Cergy-Paris and Rabat and in executive education. A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, a holder of an agrégation of economic and social sciences and a doctorate in law (HDR), his research work focuses on business law (corporate law, economic criminal law, public and private governance...) and on the relationship between law and its economic, social and geopolitical environment. He is an Executive Committee Member at the global research network Law and Management. He is in charge of the Public Affairs track (training of top civil servants).
