Aurélien Colson
Aurélien Colson teaches negotiation in the MSc and Executive Education. He coordinates negotiation trainings for the European Commission, the French ministry of Foreign Affairs, and ENA. His research is focused on negotiation techniques, conflict resolution processes, and change management. He has authored, co-authored, or edited 6 books, translated into 14 languages. His research is published in peer reviewed journals, and was awarded a Grand Prix in 2008 from the Institut de France. Before joining ESSEC, he served for 4 years as Advisor to the French Prime Minister. He holds a PhD in International Relations, University of Kent; and a Doctorate in Political Science, Paris 5 University.
