Aarti Ramaswami is the Executive Vice President, Dean of Pre-Experience Programs, and a professor in the Management Department. Her work focuses on systems used to identify, select, and develop managerial and executive talent. Aarti’s work has appeared in top management journals including Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Relations, Human Resource Management, to name a few. She teaches leadership and management topics in the MBA, Executive Masters, Executive Education, and Doctoral programs, and has consulted for companies on managing organizational performance and retention of talent through people development. Having lived and worked in India, USA, France, UAE, and now Singapore, Aarti brings a highly international perspective on organizational topics.
