Srividya Jandhyala
Srividya Jandhyala is Associate Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School. Her research focuses on global strategy, geopolitics, and international business. She is the author of “The Great Disruption: How Geopolitics is Changing Companies, Managers, and Work” (Cambridge University Press, Summer 2025). Her award-winning research has been published in a wide range of top academic journals. She is a frequent speaker at academic and practitioner events. She teaches courses on Strategy, International Business, and Geopolitics in the undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs. Prior to joining ESSEC in Singapore, she served on the faculty of the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She was previously a Fung Global Fellow at Princeton University and received her PhD in Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
