Pooyan Khashabi
Pooyan Khashabi is an Associate Professor of Strategy at ESSEC Business School and earned his PhD from Bocconi University. His research sits at the intersection of strategic human capital, innovation strategy, and organizational design, with a particular focus on how firms structure and use their technological and human capital to drive performance. His work has been published in leading academic and practitioner outlets, including Management Science, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal. Pooyan is a member of CEPR (London) and currently serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Strategic Management Journal.
