Mohamad Sadri
Dr. Sadri is a former Assistant Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School and an Honorary Research Fellow at UCL School of Management. He received my Ph.D. in Strategy from IE Business School (2021) and was a postdoctoral researcher at UCL for a year. His research lies at the intersection of strategy and organization theory. He focuses on the interactions among firms and stakeholders to understand how 1) the characteristics of firms and their CEOs influence the intensity and types of stakeholders' pressures in societal issues 2) firms and their CEOs respond to such pressures, and 3) these pressures impact firms’ strategic outcomes such as financial performance.
