Frédéric Oble is a professor of Marketing and Co-Director of the Food Business Challenges Chair. With a diploma in agricultural engineering and agri-food industry from the ENSAIA, and a third-degree PhD in applied projection methods for food market analysis, he carried out strategic studies at the CREDOC (surveys CCAF) in 1988 and 1989 before joining ESSEC. He teaches Marketing in several programs (ESSEC Grande Ecole, Specialized Masters, Continuing Education). He is very involved in educational development: Mooc, educational innovation, animation and coaching. He has written several multi-media marketing cases (Michel et Augustin, etc.), and contributed to the French edition of Principles of Marketing (Pearson).
