Bernard Leca
Bernard Leca is a professor of Management Control at ESSEC Business School. Prior to joining ESSEC, he held academic positions in the UK and in France. His broad interest is in the evolutions of Capitalism. His research focuses on understanding the impact of organizations on society and government. He looks closely at how actors initiate, implement or resist change. Bernard Leca's areas of expertise cover innovation and non-market strategies, with a focus on creative fields, high-tech industries, alternatives to capitalism, and corporate social responsibility.
