Yan Li is a Professor of the Information Systems, Decision Sciences and Statistics (IDS) Department at ESSEC Business School Asia Pacific. She joined ESSEC in Cergy in 2007 and transferred to the Asia Pacific campus in 2009. In her current role, she teaches at the Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA), Masters, Global Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) level. Prof. Yan’s research and publications touch on mobile application adoption, Information Technology Adoption (E-government, E-commerce, E-Learning Adoption), Human Capital/Human Resource Management, Information Systems (IS) Leadership, Open Source Software Studies, Micro/Macro Organizational Behavior in Information Systems (IS) Organizations and Supply Chain Management. Her research papers have appeared in top-tier information systems and management conferences and journals such as IEEE transactions on Engineering Management, Decision Support Systems, Information & Management, and Journal of Business Research. In addition, she also supervised numerous Asian Strategic Projects with companies. Prof. Yan received her Bachelor of Arts in Information Sciences at Nanjing University, People’s Republic of China, Master of Science in Information Systems and Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems at National University of Singapore.
