Professor at ESSEC Business School, and research associate at the IREPH (Research Institute in Philosophy). He holds master in management, a doctorate in philosophy from Université Paris Ouest & graduate of International Teachers Programme (HEC Paris). Xavier Pavie has spent fifteen years as Marketing Director in leading organizations (Nestlé, Unilever, Club Med). He teaches subjects related to the marketing, management of services and innovation. Since 2011, he is in charge of defining the concept of responsible innovation as part of a project supported by the European Commission. In 2014, he was appointed President of the commission “Innovation-Regulation-Governance” of the French National Agency for Research.
