Viviane De Beaufort
Viviane de Beaufort holds a Doctorate in European Community Law and a Master’s Degree of politic sciences. She is holder of the “Jean Monnet Chair”. She is author of several books and articles on European Company Law and Corporate Governance as well as on public governance, institutional issues and European lobbying. Viviane is also involved in several think-tanks on European issues and works as adviser at the European Union level. Viviane is currently director of the CEDE (European Center for Law and Economics) and she manages a blog europe.vivianedebeaufort.fr. She is also co-Director of the Law cursus at ESSEC. Committed since quite a long time for "women empowerment", she develops activities and works dedicated to this theme, and manages a blog gender.vivianedebeaufort.fr. She manages the Executive ESSEC programs dedicated, among them the Women Be board Ready and the club Gen #startuppeuse.
