
Valery Yakubovich
Valery’s current projects explore new forms of employment relationships in the context of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, algorithmic data-driven management, innovative non-hierarchical forms of organizing business activities, and the role of language in the transfer of innovative management practices. The results of his research have been published in leading journals, including Organization Science, Human Relations, Harvard Business Review, American Sociological Review, as well as numerous edited volumes. Valery is a Senior Fellow at the Wharton Center for Human Resources. In addition to his academic work, he advises business and non-profit organizations on management innovations.
