Raphaëlle Butori teaches in the Master of Science in Management, Executive Education and BBA programs. She is in charge of the Consumer Behaviour course. Her research interests focus on the psychological aspects of consumption, especially in the field of relationship marketing. She is also interested in methodological issues such as survey biases. Raphaëlle has published articles in various journals such as: International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing, Recherche et Applications en Marketing. She has been a Visiting Scholar at Columbia in 2008. She holds a Ph.D., University Paris Dauphine.
