
Olivier Fourcadet
Olivier Fourcadet teaches Strategic Management, Competitive Strategy and Sustainable Development. Most of his research focuses on the interactions between stakeholders and issues critical to the future of the agricultural and food chains. These include climate change, demography, ecosystems, technical innovation, nutrition, genetics, consumer behavior, trust building. His fields of interest also include cognitive sciences and their applications into management and marketing practices (managers’ beliefs about the future, mental representations of fruits, etc.). In addition to his academic work, Olivier contributes to executives' training and coaching, provides advises to executive teams. He is also an invited speaker, an expert from BpiFrance Financement and FranceAgriMer and serves on several committees. He holds a Ph.D., In Applied Economics, University of Wisconsin – Madison.
