Niek Althuizen teaches Marketing Management and Marketing Research in the MSc and PhD programs. His research interests concern creativity, managerial decision making and decision support in marketing, and marketing communications. His work has been published in journals such as the American Sociological Review, Journal of Management Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Psychology & Marketing, Marketing Letters, Journal of Marketing Behavior, Social Psychology Quarterly, and the Creativity Research Journal. Niek was nominated for the MOA Science Award (2008). He was a fellow of the AMA Doctoral Consortium in 2004 and received the Unilever Research Award for his master thesis in 1999.
