Nicolas Glady is Associate professor at ESSEC Business School and the Accenture Strategic Business Analytics Chair holder. His expertise as both an academic and a business consultant covers the different aspects of Market Segmentation, Pricing, Customer Value Analysis, Network and Social Media Analysis, Big Data and the impact of Digital Transformations in general. His research work has been published in several academic journals including Management Science, as well as managerial journals such as Harvard Business Review, the Huffington Post, and Slate. In 2014 he was named as one of the best 40 under 40 B-school professors by the journal Poets & Quants. Nicolas holds a PhD in Economics from K.U. Leuven.
