Elisa Operti teaches Strategy and Social Network Analysis (Master and PhD). Her research interests lie at the intersection of network and innovation research and how knowledge networks affect firms’ innovative performance and technological capabilities. She has been published in the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management and in the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings. She received the Academy of Management Outstanding Reviewer Award, the Academy of Management Best Paper Award from the TIM division, a postdoctoral grant from the Swiss National Foundation (University of Lugano) and the ESSEC Foundation Award for Research. She has worked as a Technology and Operation Management Analyst at JP Morgan Chase and received her PhD in Management from Bocconi University.
