Delphine Dion is a full professor at ESSEC Business School where she teaches luxury retailing and branding. Her current research projects explore luxury brand management and luxury retailing. They analyze the management of heritage brands and human brands. She is also doing research on the cultural foundations of service and brand equity. Her research has been published in many books and leading academic journals including the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Consumption Markets & Culture and few others. She has received several awards for her PhD, her books and research articles, including the 2018 ESSEC Foundation Research Award. She serves on the Editorial Review Board of 5 academic journals, including the Journal of Consumer Research, the International Journal of Research in Marketing, and Recherche et Applications Marketing. Prior to joining ESSEC Business School, she was associate professor of marketing at the Sorbonne University.
