Ingrid Nappi-Choulet teaches Real Estate Economics and Corporate Real Estate Management in the MSc and Executive Education. She is in charge of the RICS Real Estate Track at ESSEC Grande Ecole and she holds the Real Estate and Sustainable Development Chair at ESSEC. Ingrid’s research focuses on real estate markets and corporate real estate management and has been published in various journals including Real Estate Economics and the Journal of Corporate Real Estate Research. Her most recently published books are Les mutations de l’immobilier and L’immobilier d’entreprise, analyse économique des marchés. She has been a Visiting Scholar at Université Laval, Quebec (1995) and at Wharton School (1996). She holds a PhD in Applied Economics from Paris XII University, and an habilitation in Planning and Urbanism, Institut d'Études Politiques of Paris, and an habilitation in Management, Paris Dauphine.
